Soul Friends is group that gathers to share in deep conversations about our faith life, how to love ourselves and our neighbors, our relationship with Jesus, our relationship with other people, and how to put into action our call to be Good Samaritans.  This group is open to any member of St. Paul’s Cathedral who is willing to be a good listener, and who is willing to enter into a depth of sharing that is frank, honest, open, and from “the heart.”  There is confidential  discussion at the large group level (approximately 15 people) and in a small group setting of 3-4 members. Sessions are ninety minutes in length and are usually offered once per month for anywhere from 4-6 months.    If you are interested in finding out more about Soul Friends, please contact the office or watch Upcoming Events for future sessions.
