When renting the facility, you will agree to the following terms and conditions:

Fee Payment – To pay the church the required fee for use of the facility

Purpose of Use – To use the facility for the purpose declared

Rules and Regulations – To comply with the facility rules and regulations including leaving the facility in a clean and tidy condition

Participant Behaviour – The solely responsible for all acts or omissions due to or caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Renter, the Renter’s employees, agents or guests at any time while the Renter is in occupation of the Hall, or any portion of it, and to indemnify the church, the Territory of the People and the Fraser Basin Property Society from any and all such claims and losses. At all times the Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct of employees, agents or guests while on the Hall premises.

Insurance – All renters must obtain at his/her own expense a Liability Insurance Policy for the private function which shall have the Church, the Territory of the People and Fraser Basin Property Society as additional insureds. Proof of insurance must be provided to the Church 14 days prior to the function. Neither the church, the Territory of the People or the Fraser Basin Property Society will be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Renter resulting, directly or indirectly, from the occupation of the Hall, nor shall they be liable for the loss of or injury to any person, property, goods or effects of the Renter, his/her agent or guests due to any cause whatsoever.  

The Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
