by The Choir and the Dean pulled a fast one on our Choir/Music Directors Heather & Norris Berg! Sunday June 3 they surprised them with a medley in honour of the 20th Anniversary of when Heather & Norris first came to St. Paul’s. It was both amusing and emotional and made Heather tear up! Arranged by Ron Ste Marie, Guest secret conductor Jim Waldie and guest pianist The Dean ran through a number of favorite anthems of the Berg’s. Finishing with Abba’s “Thank you for the music”
Afterwards there was a cake made by Rae Long in the hall for everyone to enjoy and speeches thanking the Berg’s for their many years of leadership.
