Seams were pressed, collars starched and fun was had at the “Iron Man” competition. It was a fierce battle where there could only be one winner.
In the end The retired Bishop Gordon Light steamed his way to victory beating Dean Ken Gray 16.5 to 13. Ken accepted defeat but vows that next year he will emerge victorious!
In this fun event close to $1000.00 was raised and will be dispersed to downtown ministries. Thank you to all who pledged and watched on Facebook Live! A special thank you to Bishop Barbara Andrews, our MC and Joan Lukow, Rev Isabel Healy-Morrow and Miriam Baskin our judges.

Watched it on CFJC loved it, would be great to have some pricing winning ironiers doing my ironing, I have forgotten how. Great fundraiser, way to go.
