Friendship Friday

Amy Baskin from the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) was the guest speaker for the February 21, 2020 meeting.
What an excellent speaker she was and everyone learned from her candid presentation. The coloured paper represented the Continuum Model,  The categories were:   Green – Healthy:  Yellow – Reacting:  Orange – Injured   and Red – ill.  Each category had its own list of symptoms. There were questions and answers,  The consensus was we will ask Amy back as there is a lot to be learned.
