St. Paul’s Prayer Shawl Ministry is a fun group that meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 1 p.m., to knit, crochet, exchange patterns and laugh. Oh, and there is often cookies!
What is the Prayer Shawl Ministry you ask? The mission of the Prayer Shawl Ministry is to provide hope, comfort, and healing. A prayer shawl can be seen as a symbolic “hug” from God. The blessed shawls are handed out to those who are sad, sick, grieving or who may just need a reminder of how much they are loved and cared for.
We are so thankful for these ladies and gentlemen who produce such lovely shawls.
