With the building closed to the public and rental groups, Claire and Ron thought it would be a good time to freshen up the basement bathroom. It had not been painted since the early 1990’s and was starting to show signs of wear.
Ron and Claire painted the ceilings, prepped and painted the walls and replaced the moldings with new wider molding. They also replaced the toilet rings and patched the wall where needed.
Gone is the cheerful bright yellow – it is now a sensible linen colour.

Thanks to Claire and Ron for their hard work on this project – they said every time they went to fix something they found another thing to replace. It took a lot longer than they thought it would but was under $500. Painted with love and the occasional angry mutter……….
Looks fantastic!!
