In a letter from the Rt. Rev. Jane Alexander, Assisting Bishop for the Territory of the People read on Sunday June 26th, 2022, Rev. Kyle Norman was appointed Rector of St. Paul’s Cathedral, Kamloops and Dean of Territory of the People.

Ordained nearly 20 years, Kyle has a vast experience in pastoral ministry and leadership. He completed his Doctor of Ministry: Spiritual Formation in 2019.  This emphasis on spiritual formation of the Christian community has given him a unique insight into how communities of faith grow and flourish.  He and his family will be moving from Calgary where he has been Rector of the Anglican Parish of Holy Cross since 2009.

Kyle is married to Alicia and they have one son, Solomon.

On a recent visit to Kamloops, Rev. Kyle commented “From the amazing people we met to the beautiful scenery, it is clear that we will be delighted to make this our home. As Dean, I am excited about where God will be calling us, and I look forward to meeting everyone this October.”

Kyle will take up his duties as full time Rector and Dean in October 2022.
