The final Friday Family Food and Fun was held April 18th with many of our regular participants in attendance. We shared a wonderful dinner together.

Following dinner, the children and some of the adults played “What time is it Mr. Wolf?” and a caterpillar relay game.

We sang one of our favorite action songs “There was a great big moose”

Then the older children went to Youth Group and the younger children made a caterpillar craft. Check out the bulletin board in the hall to see an example of the finished product.

Then the children listened to a story, “The Very Hungry Caterpiller” by Eric Carle read by Lorri Weaver. Then they made cupcake paper butterflies.

Thank you to all the volunteers who have help make Friday Family Food and Fun a success. We could not have continued without your support. Special thanks to Marian DiGeso and Nancy Baker who have done all the food preparation since we first began in 2020! What a great team!

Thank you to St. Paul’s in supporting me in turning an idea for ministry into a reality. Cathy
